Widon Store is operated and manage by Abdul Rehman we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the item was received damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order is marked as "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including (but not limited to):

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

  • Customers must keep proof of return shipment (e.g., courier receipt) until the refund is processed.
